But most of the characters in this movie, talk and act very realistically. I can relate to a lot of it. More realistic than in 90% of mainstream movies. Maybe it's a southern thing...
shareIt's almost like most actors cant seem to get the accent right.Like in Steel Magnolias,nobody in Louisiana talks like that.I was born and raised here and I have relatives all over the state and nobody talks like Hollywood thinks we do.
Things like that don't necessarily make a movie unwatchable but it would be cool if Hollywood would stop acting like we still own plantations.
