Am I the only one who thinks this movie felt like one of the Roger Moore 007 films from the 80s?

I re-watched this one for the first time in ages: I forgot how hilarious it is, almost as hysterical as the first one. When I was watching this, I couldn't help but notice how it really had the vibe and feel of one of the Roger Moore 007 movies from the 80s. Certainly the aspect of the European locations from this era played a hand in that, yet I also felt like this had several moments that affectionately poked fun at the 007 films of this era.

Am I alone in thinking this?

Yes you are alone since James Bond has nothing to do with this movie

I get what you're saying. This was released around the same time as View to a Kill, which has some scenes in Europe (Paris, I think) as well. They travel to different parts of Europe and there's kind of sort of intrigue involved. It's a good observation.
