Just discovered some clips in u-tube and now my curiosity just rises with every minute: Can someone please tell who wrote all those secret letters ?

Toni (Lori Loughlin) wrote the initial letter to her best friend Michael (C. Thomas Howell). He mistakenly thinks it was written by Debbie (Kelly Preston) and starts wooing her with letters of his own (which, unknown to him, are rewritten by Toni to help him out.) The letters end up in the wrong hands but they are all technically written by Toni as she is Michael's Secret Admirer. Hope that answers your questions.

Toni wrote them. The ending is killer with Michael figuring it out and racing down to the marina to stop Toni from going on her semester at sea. school afloat it may have been called. she jumps off the boat and he off the pier and they embrace in the water. awesome.
