Old Lady in Laundromat

I don't remember the details but someone (a cop? The police chief? not sure) was telling the mayor about how the lady had a huge police record, plus some other stuff. So she wasn't the innocent victim the media was portraying her to be. The mayor was trying to keep the fact that she had a criminal record quiet so the public would turn against Toxie. But I think that even we the audience were supposed to think she was innocent when we saw Toxie attack her without first knowing she was bad. I thought it was a well-done plot twist.

Plus I thought that actress was kinda awesome. :)

Cheap attempt at a plot twist, sets up the reason why Toxie moves to the field away from the city because he thinks he can't control himself. When subconsciously he was hunting baddies. Throwing the midget in the dryer made me lol a good one though :D

I know this is late but anyway, I think what you guys are forgetting is that toxic avenger goes after those who are evil. If I am correct it is mention twice during the movie. once during when toxic is wondering why he attacks ,then the other time is when one of the mayor's aids mentions that toxic attacks those who are evil. Anyway Toxic.. only goes after those who are plain and simple evil.
