In what scene was there a clockwork orange reference in Toxic Avenger

The scene where he's beating the mayor (I think) and he starts to sing in time with his hits. I immediately thought of this when I first saw the scene.

The scene after his mother won't let him in the house, the tosic avenger is seen by the river, with the same music from a clockwork orange when Alex is turned away by his parents.
