What did the old guy yell to Zorin before he fell to his death?

I had to rewind that scene half a dozen times. I heard what he said, I just didn't understand why Walken started cackling uncontrollably after he yelled it, then fell to his death, hahaha. Just because he was a loony?!

He WAS a loony, he was psychotic. I mean, he did laugh insanely and machinegun all of his subordinate workers after flooding the mine they were in. He was positively unhinged, even at the irony of his own death.

The old guy thought he was a sheep after the bang on his head and started bleating like a sheep too if you listen carefully. Zorin cracked up at this and laughed himself right off the suspension bridge. A real corker of a baddie death. It's probably up there with Kananga turning into an inflatable bouncy castle before bursting and exploding all over the place.
