I could not believe that she was described as having ''humility'' all...

the while being so self-indulgent.

horrific. it reminded of the new Academy awards trend where they present the 5 nominees for best actor/actress and keep talking about them, flattering them all the way. And the nominees start sending air kisses.

She has that sort of fake religious humility. That sort of, “I’d be nothing without God, but for some reason God choose to make me so f-king great!”

She also has a bit of ‘princess syndrome’. When you start getting rich and powerful (modern royalty) you start to surround yourself with ‘yes men’. Eventually, the group of people around you start reinforcing how the person sees the world. Anyone who runs too counter to the star’s views almost always gets pushed out of the group.

The second is perhaps the larger problem and the harder to fix. You have to get things done, often quickly and when the team thinks like you do it works faster. However, people who think differently than you do, challenge you in ways that people who think similar to you do not.

Could you perhaps say more explicitly what it is you're trying to be wrong about.--Dr Adequate
