Scene with the guy in bed, and the sock in his mouth?

Was that a dream Brad Jr. had representing not snitching, or a member of Brad Sr.'s crew.. Either way it's a totally new character up until and after that point.

I believe that was Tony Pine who was epileptic. David Strathairns character.

The character wasn't new at that point. He was part of Brad Sr's gang and epileptic. They kept mentioning his issue...

Weird they put that dramatic scene in at that point, since he`s such a small position character.

I thought the point of the scene was to illustrate how much stress and pressure he was under which triggered his seizure.
