Anyone wish they'd release the original theaterical version end credits?

Every single version I've ever seen since has managed the original ending sequence. All the network TV broadcasts, the VHS, the DVD, the blu-ray, even the Fathom Event theatrical re-releases. None of them have the whole end credit sequence as it originally was. Most have the lame thing where most of the end action is show side by side vertical split screen with the credits roll. The end stuff worked better and was funnier the way they originally did it. I guess they are too paranoid about people missing it. But it still seems ridiculous. Even some modern movies that copy the end credits business are willing to go full in.

Back then they didn't used to turn on the lights until after the last credit rolled and people used to take their time exiting the theater. Today they turn the light up sometimes even before the credits roll!
