Juice in the face makes no sense

This scene always bothered me.

Who would act the way Rooney does? "Your ass is MINE."

Is this really that offensive? How can the woman know Rooney said that to HER? (In his mind, he didn't)

Why wouldn't Rooney quickly just say "Oh, sorry, I thought you were someone else, bye!" and quickly leave before the hag can do anything?

WHY DOES HE JUST STAND THERE, NOT SAYING ANYTHING, NOT TRYING TO DODGE/AVOID/RUN AWAY/ANYTHING?!

WHO in the world would behave like that, would YOU just take juice to your face, would you just STARE at someone that's clearly going to do something to you soon?

No self-preservation instinct? That could've been poison, spit, she could've thrown a rock or have her boyfriend punch him. He just STANDS THERE.

That makes _NO_SENSE_ whatsoever, I don't think there's anyone in the world that would be stupid enough to just stand there.

He's not some snot-nosed nerd kid with no social experience - he is a damn SCHOOL PRINCIPAL, he should have COMMANDING PRESENCE amidst kids, and he has already seen and experienced so much, why is he just standing there like cheese in the wind?

It makes no sense.

Also, I'm pretty sure that was Pepsi, not juice.

This is one of those scenes that happen because it’s a comedy, but I never found stuff like this funny. You don’t have to sacrifice logic for laughs. This is yet another reason I find this movie super overrated .
