This is the one thing that really annoyed me about this movie - that stupid name. What kind of name is "Philsy" anyway? It doesn't exist. And he says it about 20 times in a row. The guy's name is Phil!

Sorry, I liked this movie, but if I could change one thing about this movie, it would be that stupid name.

I want the doctor to take your picture so I can look at you from inside as well.

It sounds friendly and familiar at first blush, but it's a condescending nickname--the kind you use when you have a low opinion of someone or you're trying to create insincere camaraderie for personal gain. I think it fits their initial relationship perfectly.
