shareYeah, he sure was. He wasn't one of Daniel's tormentors, but you can see him the at the dojo (maybe even the tournament, I'm not sure and I'm too lazy to go pop in the DVD). I think director John Avidlsen purposefully wanted to keep the Kai's (at least the ones who really tormented Daniel) white and blondeish.
