Who Played The Younger Sister?

I used to think it was a young Jenny Lewis (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0507343/) because the girl in "Iron Eagle" looked like a younger version at the time I saw the movie in '86 and then "The Wizard" a few years later.

So, does anyone know who played the sister?
