Supergirl

I didn't know that Sandy (Helen Slater) was the one that played Supergirl, she looks so different. She's hot.

Yes this was 2 years later, SuperGirl was in 1984. She was more glamorous looking in Supergirl, they downplayed how HOT she is for this movie on purpose i think. SuperGirl was bad and it didn't do very well, but she was great in the part.

She had a real innocence about her in Supergirl, which made her efforts against evil more rewarding for those who liked the film. In Ruthless People, she was perfect in playing the co-conspirator who was in over her head.

SUPERGIRL was NOT bad. I don't care what you say! It was quite good. if you don't believe me, watch the extended versions, if you haven't already. and If you didn't like them...it was not meant for you. if you don't like it, tough, b/c it was good, and many an industrial professionals would agree so.

Moving on, Helen is a wonderful actress, and anything she does is awesome. I loved this film, and her performance was nothing short of enjoyable. Sandy was a different character than Kara-ZorEl (Supergirl), so they put her out differently so they could market her in a different light, and it worked, obviously. She is great in everything she does.

When will you ever learn, this feeling is all you can discern?

Helen Slater is the ONLY real reason to watch SUPERGIRL, she looked gorgeos and acted good enough to get a Saturn nomination

Even Roger Ebert and other critics said this

At least Supergirl gave Helen the chance to star in movies such as this or the other one with Michael J. Fox and she herself admited in an interview
