About nine minutes into the movie, immediately after Sam receives the first phone call from the kidnappers, swarms of police and media arrive at the house. You can hear Phil Hartman's v/o as a TV reporter. It's only a couple of seconds, but it's definitely him. I jumped off my sofa just now laughing.
