I bought "Three Amigos!" on dvd back in 2000 and I noticed after I bought it, it says on the back that the movie is rated "R". I know that is not true, it is rated "PG". Does any one have any information on how many error copies were released or any information value. Every time I see a copy of "Three Amigos!" on the self I look at the back and they all say rated "PG", I have never seen another rated "R" copy. Any information will be greatly appreciated. Thanks! : )

You'd think with balls on a male plane it might be at least rated PG-13. Or do stupid jokes score lower ratings?

I'm pretty sure I rented this once and saw an R rating on it.

I wonder if those 'R' DVDs were about to be released before there was relaxation on relatively mild dialogue. I notice in an old 1997 review book that the film is signified as being OK for family audiences even then.
