Robbed of two Outstanding Drama Emmys before anyone cared about Emmys
1988...the show's first season was nominated for Outstanding Drama & lost to thirtysomething - come on, I was 10 years old back then and knew that show was boring tripe.
A year later in 1989 it lost to L.A. Law, same category. Nobody's making any crappy reboots of L.A. Law in the 21st century because it was such an 80s time capsule of a show before Law & Order came & flipped the script. Hollywood was so short sighted back then. Beauty and the Beast got short changed two years in a row, and that's a shame.
