Arrow
The 'new' show Arrow somewhat reminds me of Beauty and the Beast. It's sort of a dark story about Oliver Queen dressing up as this hood guy who saves the people in his city and fights those who harm his loved ones. Also when he's Arrow he speaks with a dark voice that reminds me of Vincent.
I really don't know why, but I have some flashbacks of Beauty and the Beast while watching Arrow. It must be said though, the assistent district attorney on Arrow reminds me more of Diana Bennett than Catherine Chandler.
