Season 3

I'm confused about a couple of episodes in Season 3.

I am just watching the end of the series and I have noticed that a couple of episodes are in the wrong order.

Invictus - Episode 8
This is the conclusion, of the continuing saga of Catherine's murder, and the kidnap of Vincent's child by Gabriel. Gabriel throws Snow's ring back at Vincent claiming that Diana is dead.
At the end of the episode, Vincent claws Gabriel across the face and then Diana shoots him with Catherine's gun.
Vincent's son also has a naming ceremony.

In The Forests Of The Night - Episode 9
Vincent gives Snow's ring to Diana, to get her to try and help trace it. Gabriel is alive and well.

The Reckoning - Episode 10
Diana tells him that Gabriel is dead. Vincent invites Diana to his son's naming ceremony, which she has already been to at the end of Episode 8

Was episode 9 meant to be screened before episode 7? It just seems odd that Gabriel should die at the end of one episode and then be alive and well in the next.
