'Tie a yellow ribbon 'round the ole oak tree'

I just stumbled upon the trailer for that movie, and I wanted to know if the scene when a guy sings "Tie a yellow ribbon..." made it into the movie (it could be just an unrelated joke given the goofy tone of the trailer), and who sings that song?

In the movie it was David Alan Grier. i dont know who sings it orginally.

he also sang JERIMIAH WAS A BULLFROG!

Tony Orlando and Dawn had a big hit with "Tie a Yellow Ribbon Round the Ole Oak Tree" back in the early 70s. I'm ashamed to know this, but then again, I lived through it and am a survivor.

Don 'No Soul' Simmons was hysterical. If you notice, he was playing on the radio during the 'Titan Man' skit.
