Wow, I've seen this...once.

It's amazing, but I never knew I had seen this movie. Till I decided to watch a trailer of it that was linked from this site. It looked funny enough but then I noticed a scene that was familiar to me, and all of a sudden I recall this movie!

Odd how the mind works isnt it?

So I hear Dads dead, hey is that eggnog?

Yeah, I know what you mean. Happened to me before. The first time I saw this movie was many years ago when I was in high school, in the wee hours of a Saturday morning, IIRC. It was so wierd I thought I was hallucinating. :-P

I remember seeing this movie years ago when I was about 7 late one evening and I'd completely forgotten about it untill now. Its weird how u stumble across things on this crazy site. I vaugley remember a sketch where a guy rents a personalised porn tape and ends up with a swat team coming into his apartment. Oh, and the invisible man. Weird!

I first saw this movie late at night on TV. At first I thought it was seriously some old 50s movie with infomercials during the commercial breaks. Then I saw the part with the invisible man and I was like what the heck?? And then rolling on the floor laughing..

I still love this movie. Some of the skits are pretty dumb, but the invisible guy still makes me laugh. And the social disease one. After seeing this movie my brother and I used to randomly scream at each other "GET BACK!! WE DON'T HAVE ANY CIGARETTES!!"

I've only seen this once as well. It's very difficult to find on video. I've been to dozens of video rental stores, and none of them have even heard of it, let alone have it in stock. If anyone knows a place (preferrably not the internet) where I can rent/purchase this film, please let me know.

I showed this film to my wife today. I think since she's a bit younger than me and some of the jokes are kind of specific to the era in which the movie was made, it fell flat in parts. It is dated on the whole, but still enjoyable.

My copy is on VHS and was recorded from Starz! years and years ago, so its unedited, except that as the very end credits roll, the Starz! announcer has to say what's up next, which is annoying. The quality of the tape has deteriorated over the years, however it's still good. I'm actually thinking about transferring it to DVD until I can actually find an original.

Anyway, fun and enjoyable, but also dated... perfect for 30-something's like myself...

Well for all of the people who have mentioned trying to find this on dvd, I just today purchased it from asda for £2 on dvd.

First time ive seen it, and its weird (in a good way)

My copy on tape is from the TV in 1986. So, when I'm watching it, like every five years or so, it gets harder and harder to tell when the movie stops and the advertisements begin; they all seem so surreal, just like all the segments of the real thing.
