Unknown Soldier sketch?

IMDb has Bernie Casey and Robert Loggia listed as appearing in a sketch called "The Unknown Soldier" but I just got through watching this on cable and didn't see them anywhere. IMDb doesn't mention it at all under "Alternate Versions" either. Does anyone know what the deal is?

If you check out the DVD it has a few cut sketches and that's in there. It's an ok skit, but you can easily see why it was cut.

Dull, too.

Definitely cut because it was too dark. The rest of the movie maintains a very light and goofy tone even when it's being morbid--the "Roast Your Loved One" sketch, for example. The "Unknown Soldier" bit was just too gallows.

I'm curious if anyone knows if the dedication title card which appeared at the end of the DVD segment--dedicating the sketch to a man still missing in action in Vietnam--was intended to be attached to the original sketch when it was still a part of the movie, or if it was added to the DVD.

Part of the sketch. It shows that the fellow who was killed in the story did not become one of the "unknowns", as was promised by his military superior officers. They did not take his "unidentified" carcass back to the states to be placed in the tomb. They simply buried him on site, and listed him as missing in action. That is the brunt of the joke. He took his life in vain.

Hey, THANKS! I was wondering about this, too!
