Ernest P. Worrell/Spongebob.
I don't know what it is, but Ernest's character to me is kinda similar to that of Spongebob. It could be that they both get hurt or that they are both full of *beep* It could also be that they both take pride in what they do even though their jobs are not what we would consider to be stellar.
