That hand that came from under the bed....


Traumatized me as a kid...Till I was around 15 or 16 I had a literal phobia of my feet dangling over or near the under side of my bed.

Good movie though.

Same here. I'd always take a running jump into bed to avoid standing next to it.

The workman also made me afraid of open closets or undecorated spots on the walls. (For some reason, I felt safer with posters on the wall... like the workman couldn't fall through those.)

The scene with the demons posing as their parents made me afraid to go outside at night.

I was afraid to open window blinds for fear of being greeted by one of those little minions standing outside staring at me.

And the whole movie made me afraid of any large holes I'd discover while playing outside.

This movie scared the hell out of me... but I still watched it so many times. I love it.

Damn, me too. For a long time me and my brother would argue every night who to sleep on the side of the bed most exposed, the only side where a hand might come out...
