Which release has the deleted scenes?
Is it only the Region 1 2004 release with 2 DVDs in the box or do any other releases include the deleted scenes?

As far as I know, from the 2002 release on the deleted scenes from the final cut are included, as well as interesting interviews, such as those had with Kit Hesketh-Harvey (screenwriter), James Wilby (Maurice Hall), Hugh Grant (Clive Durham), and Rupert Graves (Alec Scudder).
