I wonder if Russell T Davies saw this movie.
There was a 2009 episode of doctor who called the "waters of mars" that had "water zombies" that infect others by spraying water in there eyes and mouth, rather similar to the "zombies" in this film. I wonder if the writers of that episode had seen this movie.
