I managed to catch some of "THE PRINCIPAL" at my grandmother's house. I'm doing a report on movie villains, and thought Victor would be perfect on my list!

Occupation: Drug dealer
Allies/henchman: he has 2 I'm sure of, but for the record probably other dealers and whoever wants something from him at the time.
Actor who potrays him: Michael wright
Memorable quotes: about him: "Victor Duncan doesn't learn lessons. He's gonna come back and teach you one." said by Louis Gosset Jr. "You come in tomorrow you're going home in a body bag"
Ambitions: to get as many kids hooked on drugs as he can without going to jail. Why? More money for him.
