iTunes version is the Unrated Director's Cut

Not sure how many here purchase their movies on iTunes but I started to do that a while ago. I bought Robocop because I have always loved the movie and I had the Criterion Collection DVD for a very long time. I always knew that it was the "X-Rated" version with the prolonged Murphy murder scene and the ED-209 "glitch" that turned the OCP exec into hamburger. Lately, I would purchase a movie from iTunes and would be surprised when I would go to watch it and it would have a menu option to "play extended version". This was the case for the Ridley Scott film "Black Hawk Down".

However, there are no multiple versions of the iTunes Robocop (1987) movie. You get the arm blowing off and the extended death scenes in glorious Hi-Def.

C'mon, Sal! Tigers are playing... TONIGHT! I never miss a game!
