The new dvd has Ness holding his badge instead of his .45. I got the first blu ray release and clearly he is holding his gun. The new blu ray and dvd its a badge.

Look the stink that was made over the poster for the 007 "For Your Eyes Only"
with Roger's gun aimed right at her u know what.
