Streamline Dub Online????? HELP

I own the original streamline dub of akira on vhs and i know you can't get it on dvd here in the United States. Is there anywhere I can watch the streamline dub online? I downloaded a torrent where someone slapped the streamline dub over the new better picture quality but for some reason it skips when i try to play it on my lap top.

I really dont like the pioneer version. If anyone knows where i can watch the streamline dub could you post it please? iv searched for so long....

Probably one of the tracks has PAL speedup. You need an audio tool that can squeeze or stretch the track to match the length of the movie. Then use MKVtools to rebuild it.

I remember it used to be on Youtube, but it got taken down. Hopefully, someone will upload it again.
