No Plans for a good DVD/Blu-ray release...
Seems to be a waste not releasing this film in a good/clean/restored format (it's one of my faves).
For kicks, I contacted Lionsgate to see if they had any plans to release a clean copy of "The Blood of Heroes" any time soon. Not sure how much weight I should give it but here's their response:
