They claimed they were in Queens but that's a damn lie. It looks like Brooklyn, Harlem, or the Bronx. I've lived in Queens and the only apartment buildings Queens has are projects. Queens is where people from Brooklyn move to get closer to Suburbia. From there, they move to Long Island.

The McDowell's scenes were shot in Queens(they changed over a Wendy's.) Queens Boulevard and Grand Ave to be exact(You can see my elementary school in the background) When they leave McDowell's they probably aren't in Queens anymore.
