Why no recap scenes of Part 3 at beginning?

Understandable part one, no Jason, but no recap scenes of Part 3...

I could have sworn there was footage from the third movie. That's very odd.

Looks like they only used footage from the even numbered sequels so 2-4-6

Channel Six News, they'll finger anything with a pulse!

it's because they would of had to give out 3d glasses for it.
