The only thing that bothered me about this movie was
Most of the deaths in this movie were weak as but other than that its a pretty good movie

shareIf you read parental advisement on this movie on this site it says it is lower than all in the series like a PG-13. So it is the weakest of the kills in the series. Guess the director of this one did not like gory movies. There is some gore but nothing like the others. Pretty tame movie. If this is your favorite of the series, then you must love PG-13 over the rated R ones. Even if this one is rated R, its more hard PG-13 and that is it, and placed as an R.

This film was killed by censorship. The director filmed a lot of gory scenes that were censored by the MPAA

I hate the MPAA they are ar$eholes! and no this movie is not my favourite of the series.
shareYou can see all the gory death scenes on youtube... the only drawback is they are "low quality", they are taken from the "workprint version" on a VHS tape (I would assume the director still owns this). It has the director and Kane Hodder (aka Jason) commenting over the footage.
Check it out... the sleeping bag kill in the "workprint version" is brutal!!

There is also the footage from "Friday the 13th Part 6 - Jason Lives" that was cut from the R-Rated version. These scenes were taken from the "workprint version" of that film and include all the uncut death scenes + an extended ending.
The best part is that these scenes have been remastered and contain sound. Pretty good quality.
