Scene at 1:19 during Come Together cover

There was a very attractive woman pulled of by security. I was wondering if anyone knew if that was part of the act or some rowdy fan that had jumped on stage? The version I saw did not have any commentary to explain some of the scenes.

The woman is part of the act because it is not real concert footage.
You can tell they recorded numerous different takes of the song over and over again because Michael's shirt is ripped/unripped at different moments.
