It's a real car called a lancia stratos zero.

That's cool to find out. I never realized it was a real car. I always it was a custom kit or modified car made specifically for the movie. Thanks for the info!

It practically is a kit car because it's just a concept car not a production model! It wasn't just made for the movie though, it's lancia own concept for the company.
