Howso? I'm not sure to what old man (I assume the projectionist, Angelo) and the situation, but I am pretty sure he meant it in the sense of sly and devious (which Toto definitely was), not in the more modern slangy sense of good looking.
shareI've forgotten the scene now but I'm sure he was referring to his looks otherwise I wouldn't have made the post. It's like the subtitles were written by someone who English isn't their first language and they misunderstood the slang. "Handsome" would have sufficed.
