Why doesn't Amazon sell this movie (DVD)?

....the only versions available on Amazon are through third party vendors, and are much more expensive. I would like for Amazon itself to sell this film at normal DVD prices, not $45 for a used copy w/ photocopied cover.
Any info?

Buy UK 4-disc edition. It's region free and cheap.
