First of all, I love the movie. Little Toto is the most adorable thing. Anyway,

Would anyone know who that woman is in alfredo's funeral? the one on the side when toto is carrying alfredo's coffin. She seems to have been someone significant earlier on in toto's life because they showed her, and she looked so familiar, but i just can't seem to place her.

She was the prostitute to whom Salvatore and Boccia both lost their virginity to, unless you're watching the shorter version where she can only be seen briefly, 'working' at the cinema.
