Where exactly is Heather O'rourke's stand in?

What scenes did her stand in take part in? They said they put a stand in for her after her death but all scenes look like Heather. Anyone know?

I believe it is only the very last scene when she comes out of the mirror and is shot only from behind. That's clearly not Heather there (in the red).

It's at the very end when the family comes back through the mirror, and Pat is holding Carol Anne.

Thats what I was thinking. The whole movie was about her, why wouldnt they show her face when she was finally rescued?

Also, we never get Scott back, do we? He's just lost in the building forever I guess.
And for all we know the rescued Donna was really a demon.
