What happened to Molly? Did Angela kill her or take her home?

I believe Molly got away. Always wished Molly returned though, she was probably the best final girl of the franchise. And her chase scene was epic. And long too.

Molly fell backwards twenty feet and died.

When did this happen? I know she fell and was only knocked unconscious.

Molly died after the credits rolled. In part 3 Angela mentions her in the 'past' tense so I think it's pretty obvious she's dead.
