I think this guy should've lived, or at least survived longer. It was wasted. A simliar thing happened in "Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter". What does everyone else think?

Personally I think Barney should have killed Angela and had her corpse hauled away.Greg,Anita,Tony and Marcia should have then been driven home.
shareAgreed......but as it stays, I like to think Angela passed away in the ambulence after killing the two Paramedics before it even got to the hospital.

BARNEY'S DEATH WAS GARBAGE, MY *beep* LOOKS BETTER THAN THE WAY HE DIED IN THAT MOVIE. HE SITS THERE ASKING HER HOW HE IS GOING TO BE KILLED? WTF IS THAT ABOUT. HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN TIED UP, HAD HIS EYES STUCK IN HIS ASS, AND THEN COVERED IN BEAR FECES WHILE ANGELA CUT HIS DONG OFF TO COMPARE IT TO HERS. BUT SERIOUSLY THAT WAS A BAD PART OF THE MOVIE.

I liked how he died. He got a long hard phallic object staked through his throat. Is there anything more fitting for such a character?

shareBarney's death added a little shock value to the film because everyone is thinking he'll live because he's a cop that's out to avenge his son's death from the previous film. Kinda like Rob from Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter. You think this guy is going to live because he's the rugged woodsman out to avenge the death of his sister, Sandra. Then he goes out like a vagina. HE'S KILLING ME!
Deaths like that show that anyone can go at any time.

What surprised me is how Barney remembered so well what Angela Baker looked like.It had been 7 years since he arrested her and apparently no new photos had
been taken."She was white,5'5",115 pounds,brown eyes,reddish brown hair,21 years old."
Ok i really have no problem of HOW he died, it just bothered me the showdonw was less than expected...
Here is how i would redo it;
Barney was shot several times, angela walks to him, & then unknowingly, he had a bullet proof vest on the whole time, they struggle for a lil bit fighting, most in the advantage of Barney...
now i dunno how a death would have worked for him, but at least he did get some kind of 'close' revenge on her...
