Kim 'Cindy Hammersmith' Wall appearing on-stage

Just wanted to give a little heads-up to any fans in the Atlanta area: Kim Wall (who played "Cindy Hammersmith" in Sleepaway Camp III) will be appearing in "The Doug Dank Project" at PushPush Theater on Wednesday, August 23 at 10:00 PM.

"The Doug Dank Project" is an improv show in which each week's "guest monologuist" speaks briefly about various incidents in their life; in between each monologue, a troupe of improv performers make up short scenes inspired (in a very loose sense) by the monologues.

I know that Atlantans make up only a very small percentage of the people reading this board, but I just wanted to mention it for the few who might be able to make it. (Unfortunately, I won't be able to see the show myself.)

(Just to clarify: I am not connected to the Doug Dank Project, although I am friends with several of the performers.)

This is Kim Wall's mini-bio from the Doug Dank website:

Kim Wall

Kim began her film career as a teen in Sleep Away Camp III (1989) who
dies a gruesome death by dropping from the top of a flagpole.
In The Dukes of Hazzard (2005), Kim is a masculine redneck State
Trooper.
In Glory Road (2005), Kim portrays a high falutin Kentucky socialite.
( on camera for 5 whole seconds WEEE! )

Kim studied Meisner at The William Esper Studio and The Actors
Movement Studio in NYC. The types of acting work she loves to sink her
teeth into are extreme characters both comedic and dramatic or anything
that will help her afford a coffee at Starbucks.

Look to see Kim in a major film role as soon as she can book one - which
will definitely be any day now or never ever in this lifetime. There is always
reincarnation.
