I would like to offer a formal apology to the Portland PD

Some thread here asked us to list the police we thought were the worst, and I listed Portland because an episode had Portland PD disparaging some poor guy as a white supremacist when there was absolutely no evidence presented that he was anything more than a downtrodden drug addict. However, that was just one cop, and I shouldn't disparage an entire police department based on the actions of one cop.

Now, after watching the news over the summer where ANTIFA took over the streets of Portland and rioted most of the summer (1), I have really began to feel sympathy for Portland PD. The police would arrest the rioters, but the George Soros funded DA (2) would release them almost immediately. I can't imagine how frustrating and demoralizing that must have been for the Portland PD. It is like spending all night on your homework and turning it in to your teacher only to have her write a big fat zero on it, then wipe her ass with it and throw it in the trash. Good luck officers of Portland. I think you need it.
