My all time favorite police chase is the episode from Cleveland (Season 6, Episode 28) where the police were pursuing 3 carjacking suspects in a red compact car, the vehicle they were pursuing ends up crashing into a guardrail, one of the suspects had his head on the dashboard.
shareI think the one season 14 episode in Fort Worth that started and stopped and started up again was one of the craziest ones I ever saw. The season 15 one with the two black men in North Las Vegas who drove off after being sprayed, and the one that ended in Norwood, Ohio from season 17 that ended at a school, and the season 16 with the Teenagers/young adults in Passic County in broad daylight are my honorable mentions.

I remember Officer Daimano was totally berating them in that episode, I also remember the other three episodes, I'll never forget the first time I saw the Season 17 Norwood episode where a guy drives off after getting tased, I was in total disbelief that he was able to drive off afterwards, I also remember the Season 15 episode where a black male drives off after getting sprayed, that was a crazy episode, on the Fort Worth Season 14 episode I remember the chase where the driver stopped and started again, that was one episode I rarely saw on TV, I remember the officer was really pissed off in that episode and I couldn't blame him.
Another of one of my favorite police chases is from Season 20 Pomona where the officers were chasing a parolee at large and he crashes into a taxi, I remember going "WTF" the night the episode premiered.
The Passaic County episode did indeed have a Honda Civic.
That car/taxi collision was probably one of the better segments of Season 20.
Season 20 was a decent season, definitely better than Seasons 21-23, I remember being shocked by the stolen van crashing into a taxi, sadly Officer Shaun Diamond was later killed in October of 2014.
I really liked the Passaic County episode with the Honda Civic fleeing from the police, their car sure has agile handling in order to take the corners the way they did.
The one where the car tire is blown out and it makes sparks for miles down the highway while being chased. Still remember watching it on FOX the first time it aired.

shareI don’t know the season but they filmed one episode where I live in Kansas City that involved an officer getting shot as he attempted to stop a suspect in an armed carjacking. Police swarmed the scene and caught the guy really fast. It was a great segment.
shareThat was such an intense episode with the suspect firing rounds at a police officer, I really enjoyed seeing the dog attack the suspect along with the officers being rough on him, he was definitely someone who deserves to spend decades in prison, also wasn't the vehicle he was driving stolen, that was definitely one of the best episodes of Season 20 (which IMO was not one of the best seasons for COPS)

shareAnother car chase episode I really liked was the one from Little Rock (Season 6) where they were chasing a Chevy Caprice Classic that later becomes damaged in the right rear and that sparks were flying everywhere.
