Does anybody remember this episode of COPS?
I remember there was an old episode (I wanna say early 90's) where a man got arrested for abusing his teenage child, the father claims he was only discipling his child and that while he was growing up the belt always disciplined the child, unfortunately since he was drunk he went overboard abusing his child and had to get arrested, an adult neighbor was the one who called the police.
I wish I can find that episode online.
