If you have a sleep disorder put in Lonesome Dove and you will be out cold in like 10 minutes. What a knock off of the Good Bad and Ugly.

I don't know who I wanted to punch in the face more, Ricky Schroder or the guy from Vegas. Towards the end I was pulling for Blue Duck just to slaughter everyone just to end this train wreck.

Don't get me wrong, I think Tommie Lee Jones is a great actor, but he clearly mailed it in on this one, but what do you expect, the movie could not even make it to the theaters so they had to stick it on TV. I read somewhere he said taking this role was his biggest professional regret.

Without Angelica Houston this goes from 1 star to no stars. Her scenes were clearly the most captivating in the whole series, and they probably should have made her the focal point and a LOT less Robert Dufail.

One star, and I am being generous here. Look for a remake with Justin Bieber as the lead. LOL.

I already knew you had no clue what you were talking about prior to reading. BUT "The movie could not even make it to the theaters" and "What a knock off of the Good Bad and Ugly" parts proved me correct.

Lonesome Dove is a mini-series. The mind boggling fact that you actually believe this is a Good Bad and Ugly rip off further proves your lack of comprehension of LD.

In the future, try to bring about at least a small understanding of the material you deem necessary to criticize.

OP is wrong; however, he's entitled to his opinion. What I can't understand is why he sat watching all of the episodes of a miniseries he disliked so much.
