This is an all time classic; right next to The Princess Bride.
The 'Burbs is a solid *beep* 10; in fact, the only thing one might say it could be missing is a nice set of breasts... Minus that, it is the absolute defined ideal story, film and cast.
Eat *beep* 6.9ers.

shareAgreed. I love love love this movie. The characters are so great and they compliment each other so well. Art has got to be my favorite. Can't believe Rick Ducommun is deceased.
shareThe Burbs and Princess Bride are two of my all time favorites. Could watch either of them multiple times a day and still have me laughing.
