What does Chris Penn say?

Right before he is about to fight at the end.

It sounds like he says he's he's going to cum in the guys face. Tell me that's not it.

It had been such an un-camp film before that it seemed a tad out of place. Also I'm English and not used to American ways - this could be normal post match yank behaviour

Please advise

"You shouldn't block with your face"

Its hard to hear exactly what hes saying, but its something along the lines of "It's a full count there chief and im gonna hit a home run on your face boy"

Its an american baseball reference of sorts, basically to hit a home run entails you have to hit the baseball really really hard, so saying "im gonna hit ahome run on your face" means hes gonna...hit him really hard lol

reply

Actually he says "It's a full count KIMCHI and I'm about to hit a home run on your face."

Kimchi is a common and traditional Korean dish made with cabbage.

He also says something that sounds like, "Yeah!! Grab him like a toilet seat!" If he said what I think he said, that's pretty weird!

I wouldn't want anyone grabbing me like anything.

reply

I believe he says "Yeah Tommy, drop um like a toilet seat"

reply

Hey Actually says "Yeah Tommy, Ride him like a toilet seat."

reply

its drop em like a toilet seat

reply

That's what he says when Tommy scores an axe kick on Dae Han.

DISPLAY thy breasts, my Julia!

reply

actually he says "Yeah Tommy, spank him like a toilet seat."

I think he said "I'm gonna hit a home run on your face, boy"

It's something like "It's a full count kimchi, and I'm gonna hit a home run off your face, boy". The reason he said it was a full count is because at that point the score for the match was Tung Sung Moon 3, Brickley 2. A 3-2 count in baseball (referenced as the sport Americans "are passionate about" in the film) is called a full count. The point that Brickley scores in the final seconds after his insult made it 3-3, which propelled the match into the brick-breaking tiebreaker.

I think that "Brickley" has a prototypical "Oriental" personality, aptitude, and a propensity for 'concentration' -making for a super-awesome martial artist- that is light years in excess of that of Bruce Lee...or even Ralph Macchio. How this guy wasn't considered the 'originator' of ALL martial arts I'll never be able to comprehend...

reply

Brickley's personality and understanding of martial arts is only 'equaled'..........nay 'surpassed' by his physique: His muscle tone is so awesome and perfect that he made Bruce Lee look like a dumb white nerd...
