Just Awful
I don't get the decision to have a bunch of guys that aren't even passable as martial artists in the film like Chris Penn. The fight scenes are awful because the actors are so incompetent physically, the only ones that are somewhat OK are the ones with Rhee. The acting is also horrendous but I would have easily looked past that if it at least had some well choreographed action.
Other similar films I grew up watching such as Bloodsport, Kickboxer, No Retreat No Surrender, etc. also suffered from terrible acting but at least had some entertaining fight choreography and funny moments.
